AGE LIMIT

A child must meet the following age limits at the time of admission

• Nursery Class : 3+ year
• L.K.G Class : 4+ year
• U.K.G Class : 5+ year
• 1st Class : 6+ years, on 31st March of the subsequent year
    ( One year to be added further per class )

   DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

• A copy of Date of Birth (DOB) certificate of the student seeking admission
• Copy of Adhaar card of student
• Copy of the Adhaar card of the parents.
• In case of transfer from other school
•        i. Latest mark sheet issued by the previous school
•       ii. Transfer certificate from the previous school
•       iii. With drawn E-Punjab certificate from the previous school
• Medical certificate on the prescribed performa attached to the school prospectus.
• Visitors photograph
• Permission slip issued by school principal
• Category certificate for all other than General category.

    Admission will be on the basis of merit and number of seats available. Decision of admission is sole right of the principal and his decision will be final.

   ADMISSION TEST

Test and interview for the admission will be conducted in the school premises as per the information.Tests are held in English and Maths for which syllabus - outlines for each class is given at the time of registration. The children are then interviewed . The idea of test and interview is to test the ability of the child to comprehend teaching in English medium and his Mathematical ability at the level to which admission is sought.If the candidate does not appear for the test or is denied admission after the test , he/she forfeit the registration fees. In all matters regarding admission , the decision of the Principal is final.

   WITHDRAWAL NOTICE / PROCEDURE

a)Notice for withdrawal of child/children must be reached to the principal office three months earlier.

b)By the school authorities on any of the following grounds:

• Over age in any class.
• Truancy
• Character disorder
• Consistent weakness in studies
• Disobedience to school rules and regulations
• Students who get married
• Moral breach considered serious by the school management
• Failing to deposit the fee in time

   FEES STRUCTURE

As long as school does not receive grant in aid from the government the school is constrain to revise the fee structure annually to meet the rise in expenditure as per government's policy.

Admission fee must be paid during the time of admission. Tuition fee is paid quarterly in advance for every quarter as detailed below:
